Coffee with the Principal Featured Brigida Davila, Registered Dietician from PIH on 10/26/12

As part of our school's ongoing partnership with Presbyterian Hospital, a parent education topic was presented to guests related to "Healthy Eating." Ms. Brigida Davila, Registered Dietician from PIH, shared many important tips for choosing healthy snacks and meals.

Did you know that healthy snacking can:
*Keep you from overeating
*Can taste great
*Allows you to eat important foods
*Provides your body with key nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants

Each snack should be under 100 calories and it is recommended to have two per day.
