Sometimes teenagers feel bored of eating the same things like cereal or oatmeal. Well, that problem could be fixed there are so many unique and healthy recipes.

Here's a delicious recipe that you can try today. These recipes are very simple recipes.

Basic Pizza Dough


Prep Time:15 M Cooking Time:20M-25M Serves: Make 4 servings

Ingredients:
-3 2/3 cups bread flour
-two 1/4 oz (7g) envelopes instant yeast -1/2 tsp salt
-1 1/2 cups tepid water
-2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for the bowl

Throw a few veggies on it (like peppers and onions) for a healthy topping.  You could also have a fun topping like cheese.

Directions:
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, add the water and oil, and stir to make a soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured work surface about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Roll the dough into a ball. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and turn to coat the dough. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Let stand in a warm place until doubled in size.

Tips:
Prepare ahead: The dough can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Let stand in a warm place about 21/2 hours, until doubled, and knead briefly before using.
Good with a variety of vegetables, meats, and cheeses to make a wide range of pizzas.

Strawberry Banana & Flax Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries 1 1/2 cups skim milk or light soy milk
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

DIRECTIONS:
 Blend all until smooth.
