LNMS MESA team members headed to UC Irvine to compete at the Regional Competition level. We sent teams to challenge in the Prosthetic Arm competition (Jared Avalos, Aaron Jimenez, Jessica Hernandez, Anthony Gonzales), the Glider challenge (Xico Reyes, Aaron Jimenez), Bridge Building (Juan Guido & Cassandra Molina), Mouse Trap Car (Anthony Gonzales & Jared Avalos) and the GI track model (Nathan Jimenez & Destiny Valverde). All of our team members also competed in the individual Math Challenge.
Xico Reyes and Aaron Jimenez placed 3rd in the Glider speed competition and Xico Reyes placed 2nd in the Solo Math Challenge.
