Do you know what to do if someone you know is showing symptoms of depression? Suicide? Bullying? Kaiser Permanente’s Educational Theatre Program addressed these issues during their performance of Someone Like Me. By following the life of four middle schoolers, the play addressed these common issues amongst adolescents and let them know they are not alone. Students received a Someone Like Me handbook that provided them with resources and phone numbers of hotlines available to them 24 hours a day.
