SRLA is hosting a light bulb exchange. We are helping empower you to save money on your electricity bill AND help our community use less energy. Bring in your old or new incandescent or CFL light bulbs and receive a brand new, energy efficient Philips SceneSwitch LED light bulb (retail cost $7.97) free! There is no limit to the number of light bulbs you can exchange. You will receive one new light bulb for every CFL or incandescent bulb turned in.
As an added incentive to receiving brand new free LED light bulbs, 8th grade students will receive one homework pass for math or algebra class for bringing 1-4 light bulbs. If they bring 5 or more, they will receive 2 homework passes. 7th graders will receive a 15 minutes early to lunch pass.
All light bulbs need to be turned in by Friday, November 9, 2018 to room 25. Bring your light bulbs to Mrs. Chavez in room 25. You will receive your new light bulbs on Tuesday, November 13, 2018.
